NHE process system capability marks MACH 2014 debut with key distributorship news

Process plant specialist, NHE – which brings Plasticraft, Ardrox Engineering and Lancy Technology into a single point of contact for customers – is introducing two major additions to its capability at this year’s MACH Exhibition (Stand N° 5286).  The news also marks the first time the company has taken part in the show.

NHE has been appointed by German wastewater evaporation system manufacturer, H2O GmbH, as its exclusive distributor throughout the UK and Ireland.  The move enhances NHE’s, and in particular Lancy Technology’s, capability in a key area that impacts directly on efficiency and environmental performance across a wide range of machining and manufacturing sectors.

“Lancy Technology’s focus on providing water recycling and effluent treatment services centres on delivering proven, innovative equipment and leading expertise in the field,” says Keith Allen, Business Development Manager at Lancy Technology.  “We are now able to supply the full range of H2O units, building on the Vacudest evaporation system which has already featured in a number of tailored and stand-alone installations that we have undertaken.”

“H2O GmbH wants to grow business in the UK and Irish markets and, due to their expertise in industrial wastewater treatment technology and their excellent market position, NHE is the ideal partner to team up with,” comments Jochen Freund, Product & Business Development Manager at H2O.

NHE can also announce an exclusive distribution agreement with US-based Witt Lining Systems, leading supplier of flexible drop-in liners for corrosion control in process tanks and secondary containment areas.  Witt has been an innovator in product design and material formulation for over 40 years and the full Witt product range is now exclusively available in the UK and Ireland through NHE.

“NHE is firmly committed to environmental protection by adopting best practice and design to eliminate risk.  We believe the use of in-tank secondary liners in aggressive chemical processes to be an excellent illustration of this policy being applied to significantly improve current practice in our industry,” says Will Green, Sales Director at NHE.

“Although a proven technology for over half a century in North America, flexible drop-in liners are still a new concept in Europe and, in order to be successful, an education process is required,” says Andrew Hotchkies, President of Witt Lining Systems.  “I really feel NHE is in a great position to introduce Witt Lining Systems to the European market and I couldn’t be more excited about working with them.”

“These exclusive distribution agreements signal an important step forward for both ourselves and our customers, and we are delighted to be able to highlight the news at MACH 2014,” continues Will Green.

The NHE stand is also showcasing Plasticraft’s process plant capabilities and the non-destructive testing system equipment and services of Ardrox Engineering.  The close synergy between each organisation means that all NHE customers benefit from the blend of complementary services from a single, internationally-established supplier, with advantages in terms of plant efficiency and performance the direct result. NHE is a Norman Hay company and, at MACH 2014, will be exhibiting alongside surface coating and metal finishing specialists from within the Norman Hay group – SIFCO ASC and Surface Technology – full details of which are also available at the show.

Comprehensive information on NHE’s services, capability and track record can be found on Stand N° 5286.
