Call-out support for Unplanned and Emergency Service and Repairs
In addition to the contracted PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) programme NHE offer unplanned maintenance / repair services under our Call-Out Support programme.
Our team of fully qualified and experienced field based engineers are available to respond to service and breakdown repair requests.
On receipt of the possible fault NHE will advise potential course of action immediately via phone and email. In the event of on-site engineering requirement NHE will endeavour to attend the fault the next working day or before depending on location.
